Author's Preface
I would like to thank Barbara Fallick for the inspiration to write this book and Edward Riddle for first helping me to see my mind and how it worked to block me from seeing reality. Of course, I have been helped by many. There was Frank Livermore, my old Boy Scout Leader, who helped me at the age of 12 to think about survival as something useful and fun to do. I give much thanks to Charles Berner, who found the first "Western" way to Enlightenment. I would also like to thank Carla Cramer, Peggy Rupert, Diane King, and the other women in my life for their intensity and personal life choices. And, finally, I would like to thank my parents and my three sisters for their life-long loving support and encouragement.
