7:30 - 8:10 Enlightenment Exercise - Dyad
8:15 - 8:40 Breakfast, Vitamins
8:45 - 9:25 Enlightenment Exercise - Dyad
9:30 - 10:10 Enlightenment Exercise - Dyad
10:15-11:10 Walking Contemplation

On the first day, the schedule is changed in the morning as follows;
6:00 - 6:15 AM Arise and dress
6:15 - 6:55 Opening Talk by Coach
7:00 - 7:10 Tea and Fruit (the schedule shifts by 15 minutes all that first day, ending at 10:45 pm)
On the third, and last day, the schedule changes from dinner on, in order to end earlier in the evening, as follows;
6:00 - 6:40 PM Dinner, Vitamins
6:45 - 7:25 Enlightenment Exercise - Dyad
7:30 - 8:10 Walking Contemplation
8:15 - 8:55 Enlightenment Exercise - Dyad
9:00 - 9:15 Ending Talk, and Ceremonies
Note: If an extra Enlightenment Exercise is scheduled in place of Working Contemplation, the rest of the schedule that day will run 15 minutes later than the schedule above.
